DESCRIPTION:Chorlton Wombles can’t stand the litter that they find in places like the Chorlton Ees\, Chorlton Park\, the meadows\, etc. They aim to hold one litter pick per month. Litter pickers and hoops are provided\, just bring gloves and dress for the weather. There’ll be a free drink at the Bowling Green when the wombling’s done. \nPicks are usually the second Sunday of the month\, but do check the Facebook group  before leaving home\, as wombling can be affected by bad weather. \nMeet at 11am\, Chorlton Ees Car Park.

With a strong commitment to inclusivity\, we focus our work on supporting children and young people from diverse\, often underrepresented communities across Manchester and the wider North West. Through engaging sessions\, community partnerships\, and opportunities to develop real musical skills\, we create spaces where young people feel inspired\, confident\, and connected. Our mission is to break down barriers to creativity\, nurture talent\, and empower the next generation through the transformative power of music.
