DESCRIPTION:Calling all new runners! Chorlton Runners are starting their next Couch to 5K Programme on Sunday 7th January 2024. They will be following the NHS Couch to 5K Programme (downloadable on app stores)\, whereby members of the club & committee will help guide you in starting you running career. Whether you’re a first-time runner\, looking to come back after hiatus / injury\, looking to improve your fitness in general\, make new friends or just have a bit of a laugh – go along\, say hello & you will be welcomed with open arms! Couch to 5K is completely free and open to the public\, you do not need to have a membership. FIRST SESSION – SUNDAY 7TH JAN at 9am.
