Colette Snowden: Celeste
Celeste is Colette’s third novel. Her first, The Secret To Not Drowning, won the Brave New Reads Award and was a Mumsnet book of the year. Captain Jesus, her second, was published in 2020. When Celeste stops to take a stone out of her shoe one night, she’s just moments from her house. Next morning, her mother assumes she’s upstairs, but she hasn’t made it home. Over the next 48 hours, through the eyes of those involved, we discover what might have happened to Celeste. While panic takes hold, Celeste needs help. But will anyone find her?
