Andrew Simpson: The Forgotten Bits of Chorlton History Walk
It wouldn’t be a book festival without the ever-popular history walk with Andrew Simpson. Join him to explore the lost hamlet of Martledge, discover the story of our agricultural past and hear a few mysterious tales.
Meet outside the library for the walk, then it’s all round to the Dressing Room Cafe at The Edge for some post-walk refreshments (included with ticket). Places must be booked in advance.
