A FREE event run with opportunities to swap toys, books and clothes, repair bicycles and upcycle clothing.
This event is being run by Chorlton Central Church in partnership with Manchester City Council. During the afternoon you can
- repair and upcycle clothing
- get help and advice with simple bicycle maintenance and repair with Bike Kitchen (limited places available – first come first served )
- swap books, toys and clothes
- find out about Manchester Refill Campaign
- print on t-shirts and material with Chorlton XR Group
- recycle / decorate plant pots ( for children)
Please remember to bring with you some or all of the following
- clothes to upcycle
- good quality toys, books or clothes to swap
- your bicycle ( if you can get there early to get a place on the bicycle workshop )
- a blank T-shirt or material to print
- cash if possible for refreshments
All activities are free.
Tea, coffee , cakes and other refreshments will be available to purchase
