Chorlton is famous for its creativity: we are a thriving community of artists, writers, poets, potters, actors, musicians and much, much more besides.

Our annual expression of all that’s good about Chorlton is back this May and the organising team have put out their annual call for participation.  

Perhaps you’re an artist or performer with an idea for an event, or looking to showcase your talents.

Maybe you’re a community-minded person who can help out as a volunteer? There are so many exciting, varied and fulfilling roles for volunteers, from on-the-ground work to marketing and admin support.

Or maybe you run a venue? And by venue, we don’t mean a theatre or concert hall (though that would be great!) – a Chorlton Arts venue can be a shop, a house, a bar, a cafe, a park or a community hall – even a corridor or a garden shed! The beauty of our festival is that you never know where it might pop up next!

So what next?

And that is how a wonderful community festival grows!
