Alexandra Park Heritage Group invites you to celebrate International Women’s Day. Did you know that Emmeline Pankhurst was born and bred just yards from Alex Park? The park has a strong connection with the Suffrage movement. Join us to explore Chorlton Lodge (the beautiful listed house in the park) and the Park’s link to protest.
There will be a suffragette trail for children to enjoy. All welcome
