Refugee Aid Drop-Off
Wednesday 24 April, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Help refugees and Asylum seekers, by dropping off donations – 10am-12noon and 6pm-8pm.
Refugee Aid Chorlton is a volunteer-run charity that began when neighbours were moved by the plight of refugees and asylum seekers, especially those in refugee camps. Several years – and many, many, many shipping containers of aid – later, they’re still going strong.
Can you help? They need
- Clothes and shoes
- Toys and games, books and stationery
- Toiletries and underwear (new only)
- Bikes, scooters, locks and helmets
- equipment for babies
All should be good quality items, for any age/gender/size. And no furniture, please.
