The Great Bookish Bake Off
Ever loved a book so much you wanted to eat it all up? Now’s your chance to immortalise a literary favourite in cake form. Whether you’ve got cake decorating skills to rival Peeta Mellark, or you’re more of a Mrs Lovett, you don’t need to be an artisan baker to get involved in our fabulous cake competition.
We’ll be assessing entries based on creativity, decoration, interpretation, and deliciousness, of course!
There are categories for adults and under-16s, and the competition is open to bakers in M21 and M16 areas. Judging will take place at Chorlton Library on 21 September. Get your pinny on and you could win a real-life Bake Off experience!
Please note that you MUST pre-register for this event using the link provided. The Festival cannot accept unregistered cake entries on the day.
