The Chorlton and Whalley Range Dementia Action Group was started in February 2016 to bring together members of the local community interested in making Chorlton and Whalley Range a great place to live if you have dementia or care for someone with dementia. The group run events and produces material to raise the profile of what it means to live with dementia and how communities can support people living with dementia and their families.
