Chorlton Refugee aid is a charity based in South Manchester, run entirely by volunteers. They work with other organisations to provide a range of practical items for refugees and asylum seekers across Greater Manchester.

Donate

When?

  • Wednesdays 10am-12 noon and 6pm-8pm
  • First Saturday of the month 11am-12noon

Where?

Chorlton Central Church Basement
Zetland Road back entrance M21 8TJ

What?

  • Good quality items
  • Clothes, coats, shoes for all ages
  • New socks and underwear
  • New colouring and activity books
  • New stationery – pads, pens et:e.
  • Rucksacks for primary to college students
  • Books, toiletries and baby toiletries
  • Bikes, scooters, locks and helmets
  • Prams and Moses Baskets with stands

Help fund our work

We welcome donations – please also consider Gift Aid (there is a form on Facebook). All funds go directly to help refugees and asylum seekers
in Greater Manchester We have no administrative costs.
